Possibly black fly, if the spots turn out to be tiny flies. The best thing to do is to prevent it, which you can do by pinching out the tops when there are plenty of flowers but before the flies appear. Its not a waste as you can steam and eat the tops - they taste like the beans. Once you have it you won't want to use a chemical spray so try a soapy water spray (eco washing up liquid would be OK)
