3 of my salix Kilmarnock has brown curling leaves they are in big pots how can I save them?

I would say MG is spot on. Your willows require lots of water and would do better in the ground. The browning on the leaves looks like scorch.

How 'big' are these 'big pots', how long have the willows been in them, are they kept watered? That is just a few questions for starters… willows need a lot of water and will always be happier in the ground.
