My indoor orchids are developing small brown spots on their leaves. Also, I've noticed an occasional regular house fly on them.
What should I do about the brown spots?
Do I need to worry about the flies?
What do you do when the green leaves start wilting?

Hi the brown spots from what you have described , reminds me , when I spilled water on the leaves and forgot to wipe them off
if the leaves are wilting you are not watering regularly but remember to let the pot drain as if left in water the roots will rot , I wouldn't worry about a house fly
