Vinca major leaves totally covered in tiny reddish brown spots. Leaves curl up and die. Large area totally devastated. What has done this and what can I do?

well i can't be sure unless you send in a picture,i think its spider mite,you can buy specially made insecticideds for the spider mites.

Or rust? My campanula was covered in rust, gave it a spray with rose clear......doesn't suit all ornamentals though
