I have , I believe a Laburnum tree. It is about 14 to 15 feet tall and it looks like it is dying. The trunks are red and has no leaves on 1/2 but half of the tree looks OK. But each year more seems to dye. Does it have a disease , or could I be watering too much or too little

Next question
They do get a canker/bacterial disease. So it might be that.
