How can I get rid of red leaf blister mite on a young pear tree

There is no treatment for this infestation, I'm afraid. You can pick off leaves which are affected, but if that means most of the leaves have to be taken off, then don't bother, it's better to leave them in place from the tree's health point of view. It doesn't affect the fruiting capacity of the tree and doesn't kill the tree either.
