Hi. My geraniums have plenty of foliage but no flowers. Why is this

do you mean hardy or zonal geraniums, in anycase you could give a high potash feed but if the zonal (bedding type) maybe the odd weather has slowed them a bit-- mine are only just beginning to flower

I'd repeat the question - Pelargonium geraniums or proper Geranium (cranesbills, the native plant)? If Pelargoniums, what are you feeding with?

They are cranesbills I am feeding them with miracle gro every 14 days

Stop feeding them - if you're using General purpose Miracle Gro, its pretty high in nitrogen, which produces lots of leaves. Geraniums of this type do perfectly well never being fed at all, and your over caring has encouraged them to put out leaves at the expense of flowers. Just keep them watered when necessary.
