I have a lot of bulbs and corms that should of been planted by may will they still be viable next year or should i plant them now?

As Scotsg says get them in the ground now! Don't expect them to flower… do take care of them so, either once they have flowered or it is obvious they are not going to, water once a week with half strength tomato food and let the leaves does back naturally.

Plant them now. You may still get flowers from them and if you feed them half strength tomato food once a fortnight you should get an even better display next year.
