Damaged grass

I was cleaning som ethings out on my mums lawn with water and everday household cleaning chemicals. I have noticed that where I was cleaning the gras now has brown patches. Will this heal itself or is ther a quick fix that I can do to help it?

Oh dear sadly household cleaning chemicals often contain bleach some even have benzenes in them both of which kill grass.If small areas these can be re-patched with turf for the quickest fix.Larger areas will need re - seeding if weather dry (?) where you are give the lawn a thorough soaking to remove any traces of chemicals.
