I have grown some Monarda from seed. They are still in their pot and look very healthy and are about 12inc in height. Can I plant them out this year? and will they flower?

i've grown them from seed before, some flowered in their first year and others didnt. couldnt see any reason as i have several clumps and they had flowerers and non flowerers in each clump. But pop them out now so they get a good root run ready for the winter.
