yes though some may be bitter if there not bred for there fruit .

Most of the fruit on a flowering cherry variety is too bitter to eat - leave for the birds!

I leave my good cherries too the birds and the aparrently lovely yellow ones off my flowering cherry . there good for wine making if there bitter though .
