A Rose of Many Colours

Northamptonshire, United Kingdom

I have lived in Northampton for 9 years, all that time I had a wild pink rose growing ,which was very spindly and not doing much.
Then last year I pruned it it really back.
I don't know if it was the pruning or the Volcanic ash , but now I have a strong thick stem rose bush that grows Yellow, Pink and Red roses all on the same stem ?????.
Whats going on.
Ps Ignore the Foxglove and Poppy ( not part of rose bush ).
