I have been given some Cerinthe seeds and wanted to know whether I can put them straight into the soil now or put them into little pot then transplant them?

I have been given some Cerinthe seeds and wanted to know whether I can put them straight into the soil now or put them into little pots then transplant them?

They can be sown straight into the ground at the same depth as the seed itself. My mums come up all over the place from self sown and deliberately sown.
