I have a patio conference pear (planted in the ground) and ive just noticed on some of the leaves there are orange coloured "blisters", which appear to have something inside. can anyone help as to what this could be and how to treat it.

Need to see a photo really - Pear Blister Mite causes yellowish green or pink blisters or raised areas in leaves, but by now, they should have turned black. The only other thing is Pear Rust, which causes orange spots on the top, often with a sort of triangular shape beneath the leaf in the same place.
