how do i cut back my wallflower now they hace stopped flowering

You can cut them back (flower stalks only) though they would be best if not allowed to set any pods at all. Liquid feed periodically over summer and you will either get a small display this autumn or again in spring. They are rarely as good the second time around but still worth trying if you don't have other plants to put in there.
