I have picked Green toms,will they all become blight infected, if not ,how best to ripen?

Yes a banana is good, or you can use a ripe tomato. They both give off a gas that encourages the green ones to ripen.

Once they are off the plant then they are away from any blight spores, so no. Ripening is easy, a banana in with them if you want them to ripen quickly, or a warm well lit spot for slower ripening.
