Tacca integrifolia or the bat plant grows in sandy or well drained soil in a forest position so is accustomed to very poor soil. I really don't think it would appreciate any kind of fertiliser. If yours is suffering, it is possibly because it is being overwatered or is getting too much bright light.
Tacca is a difficult plant and comes from tropical rain forests. I would research it a bit more on the Internet and I'm sure you can find some good advice.
