i have blister like burns on my forearms i am advised that this is caused by a liquid expelled from my last years parsmips while i was digging them up, is this possible i have never heard of this before???

Yes, some people do get blisters from parsnips. Go to the chemist and ask for their advice, in bad cases you may need to see a doctor for cream etc.
