Freeasbird and Dgw thanks for your comments - agree growth needs to be strictly controlled but colour is very attractive in the sun.

Isn't this the common lemon conifer that you can buy very cheaply when small?They will grow to about 60 feet it you let them though!Sorry, can't for the moment think of the correct name.
