Large hebe

I have a now very large hebe that I want to move away from the greenhouse, it is far too big but now is starting to get mauve flowers on it. When is the best time to shift it?

If it is very big and has been in more than two or three years is would be unlikely to survive moving. You could try cutting it back but do it over two or three years, cuytting some of it each time. I've done this successfully twice so I know it works.
