Environmental conditions....temperature usually. Mine has done the same....turned all white, and in the early summer, the flowers were all red. They will return to it's normal red/white colour.

I chopped my daughters back hard and it has flowered with red and white as it should but since it has been hot they have now all turned to white flowers so as has been said it is the weather conditions which cause this. :O)
