Hi, welcome to GoY, is it growing in or near water,or somewhere very damp ?, if so I would agree with Sbg, but it is very rare now in England, although Scotland seems to have a fairly well established area of it, but there aren't many occurences of it in England, and are well scattered, Derek.

possibly lysimachia thyrsiflora a native wildflower. though not 100% certain.
