Hi I have a Rheus Typhina which I planted about 2 years ago however it is tall (10ft) and spindly Should I prune it back? If so by how much and when is the best time to do it please

If it was mine I would leave it a bit, its only a baby. Tall and spindly is not their natural shape and if you prune it back you may encourage suckers - it will sucker around anyway as it matures but no need to encourage it! Are the other plants round it doing well? If not you might consider doing a soil test.
Others may disagree of course!
