My peach tree had some fruit but this has fallen off and the leaves are changing colour and getting spares. What should I do ?

Maybe they are ripe like the plums they are early this year

You don't say where you live in the UK, if this is a newly planted tree or, for that matter, whether it is in the ground or a pot. The leaves will start to die back about now peach trees are deciduous, as to why the fruits dropped without knowing more difficult to answer.
