Hello. I live in Gwynedd in North Wales and this year for the first time I've successfully grown Dahlia Bishop of York. Does this plant need to be dug up and tubers stored after the first frost frost or before the first frost? Thank you

It's usual to wait till the leaves have been frosted back - you'll know when they have, they go dead and brown. Frost kills the tops off, but the tuber will still be intact.
