Ask 10 gardeners what the best tomato is, and you are likely to get 10 different answers. I would probably visit farmer's markets and organic grocers, and see which ones you like there. I recommend those venues because they are more likely to know the actual variety names than the average chain grocery produce department. Then you can be ready when the planting season comes up next year.
