Need this pest of a plant identifying please. I have allowed it to grow this big for better recognition.Standing about 5' tall now.

Yes, definitely Euphorbia lathyris (Caper Spurge). It's unusual for a Euphorbia being a biennial species. The first year plant has ranks of narrow leaves neatly arranged up the stem and in the second year, the branching flower stems fork repeatedly with small greenish flowers in the axils of the fork.
