The leaves I can see clearly don't look too bad - the blurry ones look like they might have white over them, but too blurry to tell.

Yes and no - yes because it happens a lot, and no because its not something you want - if they look sort of mouldy or powdery, it's mildew and you need to spray with a suitable fungicide.

thanks so much, what do i buy ? got roses at frount they ok, should i spray bth of them, god theres so much more to gardening than i ever thought, i learning all the times, thanks for your help :o)

I usually recommend Roseclear 3, which you mix up yourself in your own sprayer - it treats aphids as well as fungal infections, though in different strength mixes. I'm told, though, that there is some difficulty with the production so you may not be able to find it - they have other things in the Roseclear range, but 3 is the one I know that works well.

Better be quick then, lol! Don't spray fully open flowers, just the backs and stems and buds.
