hi ,i have two Camellia growing in large tubs they have finished flowering ,is it ok to plant them in the ground or is it the wrong time.?

They both look desperate to get out of those containers, don't they! You can do it now, but you'd have to be rigorous about keeping them watered - if you can stand it, would be better to wait till September and plant then - you will need to keep them watered till end of October, but not so much, and then the winter will take care of it.
