Begonia tubers can be divided. Store as usual over winter, start into growth in spring, and when you can see the new shoots showing, then is the time to divide with a sharp knife making sure you have a shoot/shoots on each division. Dust the cut with sulphur powder and leave overnight to dry off, then pot up and grow on as usual.
