hi I have 2 black dragon grass plants in 12" pots I would like to plant in the garden when is the best time to do this and should I do anything to the soil

Hi, plant them out now, you don't have to do anything special to the soil, just general cultivation, these are hardy to minus 15c so shouldn't be a problem, Derek.
