Autumn sown peas and beans
I have sown some peas and beans and to keep the cats from using the beds as a toilet i put green wire mesh over after sowing.
What i would like to know is now they are up and sprouted should i remove the mesh or will they just continue to grow up through?

It will be lots of fun separating the stalks from the mesh when you dig them up again!
