Pink Fir Apple potatoes. I planted these in mid March, they are around 2 ft tall now and covered in flower, when will they be ready to harvest .?

Pink fir apple potatoes are a main crop. Rule of thumb is 17 weeks from planting but I'd be inclined to give them a little longer. Take a look at a plant by scraping some of the soil away around August time. The potatoes will not get as big as some but are wonderful to eat!
