I bought some Calla Lillies 4 weeks ago and they were extremely healthy + flowering. I repotted them into bigger containers. However the last 2 weeks has seen the leaves turn yellow and droop. They have produced flowers but these have not opened out fully.

could you have damaged them when repotting, as a general rule I wouldn't repot any plant when flowering ( or just coming into flower) as it does set them back a bit
the only thing I can suggest is that you keep them cool and shady and only water when required but do not dry out
