Hi, welcome to GoY, 'lacy lady' and ' mop top' appear to be 2 seperate plants, lacy lady being Robinia pseudoacacia ' lace lady' , and ' mop top, being R pseudoacacia ' umraculifera' , both of them should flower in the Australian spring or summer, Derek.
