My Geums are falling over with flowers. Is it OK to cut them back after flowering? How are they best supported? Liz

I just let mine flop where they want. You can plant them by sturdier plants for support, or find some willow, hazel or Cornus and weave some supports for them. I sometimes find odd things like an old fire grate and use it to support flopsy flowers! Cut them back to the base after flowering.
