Hi can you tell me what the problem is with my Morello Cherry tree and how to treat it
Early on some leaves had black spots and very small holes
rest of the tree the leaves look quite healthy

Hard to be certain, but my best guess is that it is Cherry leaf spot (Blumeriella jaapii) causes light grey to purplish-black spots on the upper surfaces of leaves. As this fungus progresses, the leaves yellow and the spots may fall out and become holes. Additionally, your cherry harvest may contain spotted and soft fruit. To control cherry leaf spot, remove and dispose of affected leaves immediately and rake away old leaves after they fall from the tree.

Difficult to say at this time of year from a single leaf, they're turning before they fall. What were the symptoms earlier on?
