Help have pulled up irises about a month ago for seperation but still have not got around to doing this is it too late to do it and put them back into borders or flower pots in cold green house?

if they are rhizomatous ones it is not too late. if your ground is frozen then pot them up into compost. remember to keep the rhizome on the surface.
if they are bulbous then just bury them where you want them sooner rather than later though.

I've done the same thing - they are on my conscience. They'll be OK if you do it soon.
