Are you sure? The flower stems may not have pushed through yet. It depends partly on when they were planted. If you planted late, the flowers will be late. It also depends on variety (to some extent) also as some are a bit quicker than others. If they are still growing with leaves, they should flower in time.

non of mine have flowers in yet and dont flower until august. I think fractal is right just give them time.
