hello everyone.
Does any know what is the best way to propagate a monarda ( cambridge bee balm/bergamot ) I have a lovely specimen but its only got three stems !
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can take cuttings in august - use non-flowering shoots. Or when slightly bigger they can be divided in spring. I would help it bulk up a bit by ensuring it has enough light - they love the sun, and maybe a liquid feed if it looks a bit pale too.

I have done cuttings similar to the way you do pelargonium ones in May and also divisions early in the growing season april time.
