Do you mean Cranesbill Geranium, or pelargonium geranium? If the latter, then tomato food is appropriate - if the former, don't use it.

have you bought them or grown them yourself, what I would do is to give them a feed of someting like tomorite as it is a high potash feed to encourage flowers, follow the instructions on the bottle
