I found a drooping rhododendrum, what can I do to get it healthy

Answers
Yes, almost probably dry. They are shallow rooted and come from heavy rainfall areas in the wild so sometimes struggle in drought conditions more than most shrubs.

ps, there are of course a few species with very large leaves that naturally hand down at a very steep angle but I am guessing that you are referring to the drooping new shoots?

Water it for starters, needs to be in acidic/ericaceous soil with lots of humus in a semi shady position.
