Hi there, just had the same problem with my honeysuckle. I think it is some sort of fungus infection I cut off all of the worst infected leaves and then I sprayed it with a fungal spray. I then sprayed it again a week later. This seemed to do the trick, is looking really healthy now, but sprayed it last night one more time...just to make sure. Have a look in your local Wilkinsons, I got my spray from there. Hope this helps...
