I wouldn't have described this Salix as a patio one it is a creeping Salix and only gets 6 inches high, really needs to be in the ground.

It is a form of Salix repens, got it somewhere in the garden, unlabelled now of course.
I suppose in a pot it would flow down the edges. Needs a good moisture retentive compost and keeping well watered.

Yes it is creeping around our garden too - minus label of course!

I'm guessing it has been grafted onto a short stem? It will be a very small weeping shrublet in that case of course.
