yes it does Ian. if you let it seed there are hundreds of little 'parachute' downy seeds.

Unlike the rosebay willow herb I have not found this to be such a pest. it is easily pulled out.

Yes, it's Greater Willowherb or Hairy Willowherb our largest native species. Another local name is Codlins and cream.......don't know what Codlins are Lol
