My Fatsia japonica got waterlogged when a drain overflowed and now the leaves are turning brown but they arent dropping off the plant. The stems seem a bit spongey too. Will the shrub recover or is it too late? I have cut off the wilted leaves and fed it but am not watering for the timebeing. I am in a warmer part of NZ if that helps. I hope its salvagable. thanks

I think you have done all the right thngs Guest and all you can do is wait and see.....A foliar feed may help...
