Thanks for all the responce. My garden is surrounded by a 4 ft high Cornish Hedge (dry stone wall) but they still get over or through it. There are a lot of cats in the area, most of which think my veg plot is their toilet, but they do not have any effect on the frogs. Still looking for help.

Cats climb much higher than your wall I'm afraid and you want the frogs as they eat a lots pests.
