My Dregia Sinensis,in a pot, in conservatory is 3metres with lots of leaves and no flowers.New this year. Can you help please?

It's a close relative of Hoya and like many of those and indeed many climbers, they flower off older wood on short side shoots. Try and tie several stems into a more horizontal position and this should initiate lots of flowering side growth. It will be a year or two before they flower if this is all this years new growth.
