I have never come across this problem before, what do other members think. I have a tomato plant in a grow bag in a sheltered part of the garden, it is watered well and supported, and it is growing well. However my problem is that the plant is growing blind. It is now approx 2ft but without a flower truss in sight, has anyone else ever come across this.

At two foot high (unless it is a bush type) I wouldn't be expecting flowers yet. As Pam so rightly pointed out as well as food and water they do need lots of sunshine.

is it getting enough sunlight and tomato food but sometimes my first truss is that high as the plant is making a root system ( mine are greenhouse grown)
