Not much you can do, really, sometimes reattaching a broken branch and binding it tight over the join with plaster or good sticky tape and possibly some sort of splint works, but this needs to be done within a short space of time after breakage occurs.

I doubt it will rejoin successfully. Even if it did it would be weak. Goldcrest cypress do regrow, other parts become the leader. I suspect that is what will happen.
